CTA's contribution to the Association to Empower the Special Need Children (ASSETS)
ASSETS is a charity organisation based in Killinochchi and its vision is Empowering the mentally challenged and special needs children and to train them through a wide range of specially arranged and designed programmes according to their challenged situations, thus enabling them to erase the inferiority state of mind and to live independently as respectable persons in the society.
ASSETS is involved in targeting to bring the professionally identified mentally challenged and special needs children to provide them with the basic needs such as food, shelter, clothing, medicine, recreation and hygienically living condition to enable a better way of living.
CTA donated to cover the basic needs to run the charity in a small way in late 2017.
