Canberra Tamil Assocaition & Canberra Tamil School's Christmas Vizha is held each year on the first Saturday in December to allow families to get together, have some fun and get into the Christmas spirit.

Theepavali 2018

Canberra will light up once again for the annual celebrations of 2018 Theepavali , the Hindu festival of lights acknowledged every year with Classical music, Dance, Drama, Vaathiya Kachcheri Mellisai, Dinner and many more....

Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) for this year will be held as follows:

Canberra Tamil Association observed Mullivaillaal remembrance week in a unique way by organising a group blood to the Australian Red Cross in Canberra.

For the second year in a row, Tamil Arts and Culture Association Inc. (TACA) has organised a Pongal festival at the Australian Parliament. Kids from CTA’s Canberra Tamil School also performed two traditional Pongal dances.

Hoppers Evening in Canberra

CTA has organised a Hoppers Evening in Canberra. Hopper is an authentic Sri Lankan cuisine prepared out of rice flour and coconut milk, turned out using a hopper pan.
